2. Advanced Mobile Care provides network services, for which you will bear all expenses related, such as expenses for equipment (PC, mobile phone, and other devices to connect to internet or mobile internet) or expenses for network access (internet access fees and related telephone rates due to internet access, fees charged to your phone bill for accessing mobile internet).

7.You agree not to use Advanced Mobile Care 's services to: upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, including without limitation information, data, text, software, music, pictures, graphs, information and other data (hereafter referred to as Content) harm minors in any way; impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted by Advanced Mobile Care upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information ); upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party; upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas that are designated for such purpose; upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; interfere with or disrupt Advanced Mobile Care services or servers or networks connected to the Advanced Mobile Care services, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Advanced Mobile Care Services; "stalk" or otherwise harass another. Otherwise, the user shall be liable for all contents uploaded, posted, emailed or transmitted via Advanced Mobile Care services. Advanced Mobile Care does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. You understand that by using Advanced Mobile Care Services, you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances will Advanced Mobile Care be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred thereby. Advanced Mobile Care reserves the right to (but is not obliged to) reject or delete any content provided via the Service in its own discretion. You will bear all risks in using the above Content.
8.Other The TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and Advanced Mobile Care and governs your use of Advanced Mobile Care services, and neither party is entitled to other rights except those provided in the agreement. If any provision of the TOS is invalid partially or completely for any reason, the remaining provisions stay valid and binding.
